Marianne is doing a show of nature-inspired artwork with her friend, Ed Allen, at the Athens Art Gallery in Crawfordsville. The opening reception took place on September 28th. The show runs from September 26 to November 15.
Shari will show 3 of her photographs at the annual Eagle Creek Exhibit, Celebration of Nature. See page 9 of the 2018 Fall/Winter Newsletter under “Artist Opportunities” for details on this exhibit.
Congratulations, Elaine, on receiving a first place award in oils and acrylics for a 16 x 20 acrylic entitled painting titled "Character" from the Hamilton County Artists' Association. The exhibit is at the Birdie Gallery, Hamilton County Artists, 159 5th St., Noblesville, and will hang until May 24. Gallery is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 12 to 4.
Elaine also won an Honorable Mention for a painting in the Themed Exhibit- Night and Day at the Clark Gallery.- Honeywell Center in Wabash, Indiana, on August 20. She also had a painting accepted at the SALI Midwest National Abstract Exhibit which will be in The Garfield Park Art Center during October. In September-October she will have a painting in the SALI Membership Exhibit in the Greenwood Library. She currently has a painting at the Anderson Museum of Art with Indiana Artists, Inc.
Monty and Marty had their artwork featured at the Gaslight Art Colony Gallery in Marshall, Illinois.
An opening was held on June 16th.
Diana displayed 3 of her photographs at the annual Eagle Creek Photography Exhibit, Images of Nature, winning a first place on Flying Woodstork.
Kris was asked to have a 2nd showing of her wildlife sculptures at the North Webster Public Library for the month of October. The show will run from October 1 through October 31st.
There is no fee for entering this exhibit,
other than the Park Entry Fee.
Admission is at the discretion of
Eagle Creek Park Staff, entries not meeting the criteria listed on the application will not be displayed.
